Тема доповіді: “Communication and collaboration aspects in Agile Project Management”

Тези доповіді:

Communication and collaboration seem to be key success factors in all areas of management. The need of having them embedded in the business change (as well as in the business as usual) is highlighted by all guidelines addressing the portfolio, programme, project and team management. AgilePM is a powerful project and team management method owned by Agile Business Consortium and treats them as principles: ‘Collaborate’ and ‘Communicate continuously and clearly’.

Communication and collaboration require having both technical and business people work in one solution development team. One team including all roles not separated by any wall. One team feeling responsibility for success – like football players that kick one ball to win. The speech will summarize what AgilePM offers for good communication and collaboration. You will likely hear such terms as’one team culture’, ‘stakeholder engagement’, ‘facilitated workshop’ …and more.
