Communication and collaboration seem to be key success factors in all areas of management. The need of having them embedded in the business change (as well as in the business as usual) is highlighted by all guidelines addressing the portfolio, programme, project and team management. AgilePM is a powerful project and team management method owned by Agile Business Consortium and treats them as principles: ‘Collaborate’ and ‘Communicate continuously and clearly’.
