Topic of the report: “Pernicious advices or how to spend time and money and (not) to release a product”

Abstracts of the report:

More than a hundred of successful projects are under my belt over 20 years of my career, mostly with a fixed price and produced dozens of products for completely different industries of different sizes and technologies. Despite all the difficulties, it was quite successful – the result was achieved within the framework of the allocated budget and the deadlines, the customers were satisfied, and the team avoided working overtime and a drop in motivation. In this report, I will try to share my experience in the form of “Pernicious advices” – what (not) to do to (not) fail a project/product.
